We begin with a full strip-down of the van interior, removing any existing ply, bulkheads, and trim, followed by a deep clean. The entire van is then insulated with Dodo Thermal Van Liner, applied to all voids to ensure superior temperature control—keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer.

The custom ply lining kit is installed using colour-coded trim clips for easy removal. Side panels and doors are crafted from 4mm birch ply, and the durable 12mm one-piece flooring provides a solid base for your camper. For a seamless, cozy feel, the entire van is carpet-lined, including ply panels and exposed metalwork up to the door seals.
